Kurt and his team were communicative, timely and respectful through each phase of the project (design, planning, scheduling, etc.). They handled all aspects of the project and paid attention to every detail. If there was ever a workaround that was needed and varied from our initial plan, we discussed the challenge, discussed the options and I was able to give approval before things got too far along. Kurt would even point out things they would have to do and ‘why’ they had to approach it the way they did so there was never any surprises after the job was complete. I would use B&R again for future remodeling projects.

Tim Ewers2020-04-24I have used B & R Hardwood & Tile for several projects including a complete remodel of two bathrooms and a partial remodel of my kitchen. Their tile and hardwood work is exceptional but I like using them because they also cover all aspects of the remodel including drywall work, painting, carpet, doors, etc. Kurt is very customer focused. He over communicates during all phases of a project regarding planning/preparation and scheduling. Once a project is underway, the work is done in a very timely manner and he doesn't leave a project until everything is done to my liking. I will continue to use B & R for any future projects.
Julian Scates2020-04-23B & R removed and replaced the tile in my bathtub / shower area and installed a new frameless bathtub door. I couldn't be more pleased with the final outcome. The craftmanship of the tile and niche installation, in particular, was awesome. Carol Vogt was very communicative and responsive and the job was completely at a reasonable price within the promised timeframe. In past years, they removed our old living room carpeting and refinished the hardwood floors underneath; remodeled a bathroom including new tile; and installed new three season porch wood-like flooring. Contractor Carol worked closely with me from start to finish; she’s a delight to work with. She and the crew provide expert, personable, reliable, and high quality work. We have been extremely happy with all projects with B and R and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

They were able to work the project into their schedule early and finished the work promptly. In addition to their smoothly working through the maze of city-permit requirements and condo policies, they supplied fine craftsmanship and careful attention to detail. Unlike some other contractors, I've dealt with through the years, B&R was always easy to contact and exceptionally responsive to my needs. Through every phase of construction, including potentially messy demolition, they finished each day by cleaning up so well that that one would hardly know they’d been on site—the only tip-off was the substantial progress made. The office manager of the condo building said to me that they were among the best contractors she’d ever dealt with, mentioning their professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness, among other things. The project results were highly praised by my daughter, her friends, and her mother, my wife. The bathroom is now quite beautiful as well as strikingly more functional. Kudos to B&R.
